Simply go to a concert at the Philharmonie, spontaneously during the lunch break and even with free admission: This is possible between September and June on every Wednesday at 1 pm. The program lasts 40 to 50 minutes: often chamber music, piano works or even a percussion duo - everything from Tchaikovsky to tango. Often members of the Berlin Philharmonic or the Karajan Academy perform, but also guests of the German Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Berlin or the Berlin music academies. As can be expected of a luncheon concert, this is accompanied by catering that is both high quality and reasonably priced.
