Art Therapy Workshop

"Inner Landscapes" is an art experience that invites participants to actively engage in their own inner exploration through image-making: Your feelings, thoughts, images, and ideas serve as the primary material.

Participants do not create art to make it beautiful – they create art to discover something true.

The workshop utilizes the wet-on-wet watercolour technique to explore the paradox of control and surrender.

As you will place water on the paper, allow the paint to move where it will, you create a space between intention and accident where something honest often appears. It is a messy, playful, and deeply real experience.

It is also a form of dynamic therapy, encouraging you to engage in your own process as both a creator and an inner guide.

No artistic experience is required, everyone is welcome to come as they are! All materials provided.
