"Challenging Times: Industrial engineers bring change." This is the motto under which the VWI will host the 16th German Industrial Engineers Day on May 12, 2023 in Berlin.

DeWIT 2023 will open the evening before with a casual reception at TU Berlin. On the congress day itself, the audience can expect current impulses from technology and management as well as the latest developments, strategies and trends in science and practice. All topics will be approached in an interdisciplinary manner and from different angles - as is typical for industrial engineering. An inspiring social program and sufficient breaks during the congress invite further discussions and networking between participants and speakers.
Since 1995, the German Industrial Engineering Day, as the successor of the traditional VWI Congress, has offered the ideal opportunity for dialog and networking between industrial engineers, executives from business, universities and colleges, science and research, and committed students. It is the flagship event of the VWI.
