The Ocean Race is considered one of the toughest and longest sporting events in the world. Over a period of more than six months and around 38,000 nautical miles, the race takes the participating teams around the globe. It is an extreme challenge and one of the last great adventures of our time.

Robert Stanjek takes his audience on a journey across the world's oceans and deep into the fascination of this sailing trip. With impressive images and short films, he provides insights into the team, the meticulous preparation, the physical and mental experiences at the limits, the motives and risks, the setbacks and the unique moments of beauty of offshore sailing.
In June 2021, his team will lead The Ocean Race Europe to victory. In January 2023, they will start the legendary The Ocean Race around the world.
As a participant in The Ocean Race, Olympic sailor, World Cup winner and European and World Champion, Robert Stanjek is one of the most successful sailors in Germany. Today he focuses on the professional offshore scene.
