The Berlin Residence Ensemble invites you to a festive Easter concert on 08.04.23 in the Great Orangery of Charlottenburg Palace. Look forward to musical works of the Baroque - an era that stands for joie de vivre & closeness to nature.

In the majestic ambience of the palace, the Adagio in G minor by Tomaso Albinoni unfolds its heartfelt beauty & touches our souls in their deepest depths. The Adagio is considered a "jewel of early music" - solemn & sonorous, atmospheric & expressive.

"L'Estro Armonico" - "The Harmonic Inspiration" - is the title of a cycle of twelve concertos for violins & string ensemble published by Antonio Vivaldi in 1711 as his Opus 3 in Amsterdam. You will hear from this opus the Concerto for two violins in A minor Op.3 No.8 RV 522 - enjoy the ravishing solo of the violins & celebrate spring & Easter in a splendid atmosphere & at a concert full of joie de vivre!
