Heavenly Café presents portraits by photographer Gaëlle de Radiguès from the Romantic district
In her invitation to the exhibition, Gaëlle de Radiguès writes:
“I have lived in the Romantic district since 2010 and am happy to be able to live here as a European citizen and as a photographer. I had great pleasure in taking photos at the first neighborhood meeting on Borsigstrasse on June 1, 2024. On that day, I installed a Romantic Portraits studio in front of the church. Children, families and adults from the neighborhood presented themselves with various props. Sometimes they draped themselves theatrically, sometimes funny, sometimes serious, sometimes with a dog, sometimes with a hat, sometimes they stood completely normally in front of my camera...everyone was free to be who they wanted to be and I tried to portray each and every one of them. Here in the Heavenly Café you can see the result of these moments. Let yourself be inspired by this beautiful togetherness to continue living together with joy and respect in our neighborhood, our city and in the world!”
Exhibition until January 17, Monday to Thursday, 12-6 p.m.
