In life, you are not always picked up where you are. In the case of a taxi ride, that is of course the case. Unless you have no idea where you are. Or no money. But sometimes in life it is not so easy to establish your own position without any doubt. Neither emotionally, politically or geographically. And sometimes the necessary means are simply lacking.
