18th International Organ Summer
Summertime is organ summertime in the Berlin Cathedral! During the summer months of July and August, the famous Sauer organ in the Berlin Cathedral will sound every Friday at 8 pm under the hands and feet of top-class guests from near and far. 7,269 pipes distributed over 113 stops are controlled from the historic pneumatic console from 1905.
Ekaterina Kofanova (Basel, Switzerland) plays works by Mendelssohn, Widor, Howells.
Admission from 7:30 p.m.
Organ concert with video transmission from the console of the large Sauer organ to a screen in the sanctuary.
