Comedy by Eric Assous, German by Dieter Hallervorden
At some point, the moment of truth strikes for everyone, and then there's only one thing to do: lie, lie, lie! For Bernhard, that moment seems to have come now: He and his wife are invited to dinner at the home of his best friend Philippe and his fiancé when Soraya, his lover, calls: she urgently needs money and will be over right away.
He must prevent this visit at all costs, with the help of his friend Philippe. So that Philippe can discreetly leave with the money, Bernhard quickly invents a call from Philippe's mother, who urgently needs help. This very mother actually calls a short time later, as fit as a fiddle, of course, to remind her son about the trip to the hairdresser the next day. The astonishment at this call – real or fake – is still written all over everyone's faces when Philippe returns with devastating news for his friend Bernhard.
A comedy by the successful French author Éric Assous. Dieter Hallervorden adapted the German version.
The result is impressive: a captivating comedy full of wit and tremendous energy!
