In 2026, the glass hall of the Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin will become the venue for the first major exhibition of the exceptional artist Constantin Brancusi in Germany in more than 50 years.
Constantin Brancusi at the Neue Nationalgalerie at a glance
The Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation, in cooperation with the Centre Pompidou in Paris, is presenting the most comprehensive overview of Constantin Brancusi's multifaceted work to date in Berlin. The architecture of Mies van der Rohe on the grounds of the Berlin Kulturforum provides the perfect setting for the more than 150 sculptures, as well as photographs, films and archive materials.
A special highlight is a partial reconstruction of his famous studio, which is being exhibited outside Paris for the first time since the 1950s.
