After a fruitful research and project phase, the Creative Impact Research Center Europe (CIRCE) invites creative entrepreneurs, cultural workers, artists, scientists, actors and stakeholders from the cultural and creative industries to the 2nd symposium on November 29th .23 in Berlin.
