Chelsey Padilla (piano). They will present works by A. Salieri, G. Ph. Telemann, F. Kuhlau, A. Stamitz, G. Schocker and Huanzhi Li.
The ensemble is dedicated to the charming and rarely heard combination of flute and oboe, with a broad repertoire ranging from Baroque and Classical chamber music to contemporary compositions and new arrangements.
The name ‘Floboe’ is a neologism reflecting the combination of their instruments and their open, creative approach to music. Beijing Floboe has made a name for itself through its subtle sound design, technical precision and communicative enthusiasm for performing.
