Antonin Dvorak - In addition to his 9 symphonies and the opera "Rusalka", he composed a lot of chamber music, including the String Quintet in G major op. 77 for 2 violins, viola, cello and double bass.
Edvard Grieg was born in Norway. He became particularly famous for setting Henrik Ibsen's drama "Peer Gynt" to music.
In almost identical decades of life, both composers created unforgettable musical masterpieces based on the folk music of their countries.
