From the TV archives: Inge Meysel
This adaptation of the Austrian folk play, set in Berlin, cemented Inge Meysel’s image as a TV mom.
Even though here she only briefly acts as the unofficial foster mother of a boy who has sought refuge with her because of his parents’ estrangement. The scenes in the eponymous city park were filmed in Volkspark Jungfernheide.
