Expressiveness and homogeneity are the hallmarks of the Mandelring Quartet - and have been for over forty years. We have to celebrate this. The four musicians are united by the will to search for the core of the music. They are therefore passionately concerned with the structure and texture of the works, and they live with the music in a sensual way.
