Photo exhibition "Berlin Contrasts (2004-2015) - Photographs by Frank Silberbach and Nikolas von Safft" can be seen from June 16 to September 10, 2023 in the Museum Ephraim-Palais.
The photographers Frank Silberbach and Nikolas von Safft found their Berlin pictures in very different ways. While one dived into the bustling streets and squares, the other explored the outskirts of the city. Both used analog black-and-white photography to compose their visual worlds.
The dialogue between the two perspectives encourages you to trace the essence, history and challenges of the city, but also your own attitude towards life in Berlin.
Photography enthusiasts were called upon to contribute personal perspectives of Berlin to the exhibition, capturing the diverse Berlin contrasts and thus also a piece of the city's essence and attitude to life.
The Ephraim-Palais Museum is accessible without steps. All exhibition areas can be reached via a lift. There are barrier-free toilets in the building.
