TERESA BERGMAN: All Good Things Come in Threes – or – From Teresa to BERGMAN and Back.

They’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Teresa twice already, and from the very first moment, there was a warm, heartfelt connection. As they wrote in their last concert review: “…Fortunately for her and for us, we can share in Teresa’s stories and songs, which she transforms into art. And yes, it is great art the way she plays the guitar and takes her voice through every register. With an ease, elegance, and grace that is almost unbelievable. Sometimes powerfully dynamic, sometimes transparent, almost crystalline, and always very, very heartfelt. And all this without a band or orchestra.”

And this time it will be a very special concert, because TERESA is HISTORY. Her new project is called BERGMAN and is currently in the making—so new, in fact, that it hadn’t even been conceived when they scheduled this date with her.

BERGMAN is the logical evolution of the artist Teresa, but it cannot (yet) be performed in this form at the KunstHof, so they are very happy to be the lucky ones who will experience Teresa one last time as Teresa.

And with that, they’re back at the beginning of the text. So, cue: a deep connection.

It’s not easy for an artist who’s just launching a new project to switch gears for a moment and pull the “old” (great) jacket out of the closet one more time. But here, Teresa will be Teresa once more, and that makes everyone very happy.

And who knows—maybe they’ll even learn a little something about BERGMAN.
