The popular two-star chef comes to Berlin with a new live show. In his current book "...und eine Prise Wahnsinn" Alexander Herrmann talks about his life and his kitchen. He goes back to his beginnings in the tranquil Upper Franconian town of Wirsberg, where he started his career as a top chef and became one of Germany's most popular TV chefs. What he describes amusingly and anecdotally in the book, he brings charmingly and wittily to the stage in his new live program.
