Over the past decade, multidisciplinary artist Louis Carnell has released albums as a visionist on labels such as PAN, Big Dada, and Mute. His latest works are introspective, yet raise questions about various social structures and inequalities.

Carnell curates the quarterly event series 111 at the Red Salon, where he will present various live formats. The first is titled ’17’ – 17 being his grandmother’s birthday as well as his own. The show consists of 17 elements and includes sounds from CDs Louis inherited after his grandmother passed away. Carnell will use his voice live for the first time in a live show between choral rituals, melancholic minimalism and thought-provoking poetry.

Marta De Pascalis is an Italian musician and sound-designer based in Berlin. Her solo works employ analog synthesis and a tape-loop system, whereby she creates patterns of repetition that shape a sense of a dense, dynamic and cathartic distance.

Yara is a musician and puppeteer who lives in Beirut. She incorporates accordion, metallophone and electronics in her work.
