In Alte Liebe, a restaurant ship on the Lower Havel, you can enjoy delicious fish dishes right on the water. This restaurant was established in 1912. In 2015,the Alte Liebe was turned 90 degrees so that every table has a fabulous view of the water.

The Kreuzberg Freischwimmer offers hearty cuisine in a rustic atmosphere at Flutgraben. Lovingly furnished with lots of wood, you will feel completely at home here. In Hafenküche at Rummelsburger Bucht, you sit right by the Rummelsburger See - a branch of the Spree - and are served delicious meals. Breakfast is served here in the morning, followed by a special lunch offer and an extra menu for children with dishes that are particularly popular with the little ones. There is also a play corner. Outside there is also a covered beer garden with self-service and a view of the marina.

This idyllic summer garden is located in the middle of the Spree on the Island of Youth. Café am Neuen See in the Tiergarten
The Café am Neuen See is one of the long-established restaurants on the waterfront. The long-established beer garden attracts many guests every summer - both tourists and Berliners. Situated in the middle of the Tiergarten by Neuen See, you can sit here idyllically in the green and eat pizza, breakfast, or a crisp pretzel.

Café Max in the Liebermann-Villa
Liebermann Museum by Wannsee houses Café Max, which is only open to museum guests. But a visit to the Liebermann Museum is definitely worthwhile. On the terrace of the café, guests can enjoy the idyllic view of the Wannsee. The cake comes from Mother Fourage's farm café.

You can easily combine a visit to Fischerhütte with a swim, because the restaurant is located directly by the picturesque Schlachtensee. There is also a small swimming area right next to it.

The Spindler & Klatt is one of the more upscale restaurants on the waterfront in Berlin. You can dine on pan-Asian specialities in a chic atmosphere right by the Spree. If you are lucky, you might even meet some celebrities here. Spindler & Klatt is incidentally not only a restaurant, but also has a club area. It usually opens its doors at 11pm on weekends.

Ankerklause at Landwehrkanal
In the rustic Ankerklause, the people of Kreuzberg meet for a beer in the evening, chat, and take in the view of the road and Landwehrkanal. The pubs on Kottbusser Damm always turn into a club on Thursdays. From midnight at the latest, people dance their hearts out.
