Alte Liebe
Rendezvous on the Havel river.
The “Alte Liebe” was for many decades the favourite spot for West Berliners for their first date. Today the ship, which is, incidentally, the only restaurant ship in Berlin on the Havel, is a cult object. Reachable by a 20 minute walk from the Olympic stadium, the Waldbühne and Pichelsberg S-Bahn (overground local railway), it is set secludedly in the forests. Dining on board feels a bit like having a short break from the metropolis.
