Family Show: Treasures of the Future

You accompany host Julian, known from the KiKA show "Checker Julian," to a repair café. He just wants to drop something off for repair, but his visit doesn't go as planned. The device is missing an important component: gold!


The search for the valuable raw material takes you around the globe, following the path of gold back to a mine in Central Africa. Using virtual reality glasses, Julian explores this natural treasure trove. Is the material for his repair in Berlin available here?

Back at the repair café, you ask yourself the important questions of the future: How well can cell phones be repaired? What could a sustainable and fair economic cycle look like? How can technologies help? And which materials will be important in the future? Check it out!
