Up to 1,500 people will bring a vegan dish to share and work together to create a massive buffet, sending a peaceful message for people, the environment, and animals. The event will also feature yoga, music, themed circles, and brands, NGOs, and creators with whom attendees can exchange ideas and network.
In February, 683 people attended the first vegan potluck brunch. There was no catering or big stage program—just lots of people who brought and shared their favorite dishes.
It went so well that the event is happening again on September 5 in Berlin—this time on a larger scale: the goal is 1,500 people.
Here’s how it works: You sign up, bring a vegan dish, everyone shares, and you might even make some new friends.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., there’ll be a buffet featuring everything you bring, a few short talks on plant-based living, tasting stations from vegan brands, and music to go with it. And if you’d like, you can join us for yoga in the morning, then eat and stick around.
Everyone is truly welcome. Are you vegan? Great. Are you just curious about it? That’s great too—come anyway. We’re also excited to welcome creators, NGOs, and vegan brands that have long championed this cause.
