The first tender shoots are not only excellent for health, they taste particularly good. Young dandelion leaves, for example, do not taste the least bit bitter.

Depending on the weather, the herbs that have been collected beforehand are made into raw delicacies or perhaps a warming soup with great garnishes. In a way, you get to know the plants even better as you prepare them intensively.
