New songs, stories and pieces on the piano
The concerts under the motto: “Wild etudes, tender songs” are an almost understated description of his artistic ambitions and are always a special experience.
The pianist, singer and composer Thomas Putensen plays his concerts in a remarkable mixture of classical, pop, rock and cheerful, satirical poems. He draws an unusual concert atmosphere from these very different stylistic elements and likes to leave the direction of the evening to the mood and mood of the audience and his inspiration.
Putensen’s songs, including “Artgerechte Wohnung”, “Nordwind” and excerpts from his piano concerto, mix the sound of the north with world music accents and add a few very enriching highlights to the evening with one or two evergreens by Holger Biege and Manfred Krug. This time, too, one or two musicians from the Putensen Beat Ensemble will be there.
The theater is open from 6:30 p.m.
