Walking meditation is a centuries-old form of meditation with positive effects on the body and mind.
"Each step brings you into the now, into the only moment you are actually living!" So says Thich Nhat Hanh.
During the time of the equinox, participants can undertake a joint walking meditation between the Spree River and the gardens.
We will walk at a moderate pace, stopping at three stations and doing yoga exercises while standing (i.e. without a mat).
