Every month, the Varieté Noire brings literature, music and performance to the TiK stage and takes the audience into thoughtful spheres and cheerful realms with a variety of performances. From poetry to prose, spoken word, songwriting to hip hop, from saxophone to guitar and drums to piano.

Here every art form has its place that stimulates reflection and empathy. As different as the contributions are, they have one thing in common: depth. Because it is only through confronting the dark that we become receptive to the light.
The organizer and curator is the author, speaker, presenter and podcaster Nora Brandt, aka Freifrau von Willen.
