When the day draws to a close and the sun slowly disappears behind the horizon, this means for most people and animals on our planet that they seek shelter in their homes. However, the darkness holds many secrets and the tropical rainforest also has some inhabitants that only become really active at night. But what actually happens in the jungle as soon as the sunlight disappears and night falls on the tropics?
The flashlight adventure at the Biosphäre Potsdam sheds light on this question! On selected dates, the Tropical Adventure World also opens in the evening hours during the dark season for brave guests.
