The workshop shows children how sustainable cooking works. Sustainable techniques and ingredients from the region are used for cooking. In the workshop, children learn the basics of delicious meals, environmentally friendly practices and teamwork. Fine motor skills and creativity are also encouraged. This workshop is fun for the whole family! i

The first part of the workshop consists of hands-on lessons, meal preparation, and parents and children cooking together. At the end, the cooking results are polished off at a shared meal.

Participating children should be between 5 and 12 years old.
