Writing coach Jenne invites you to the writing workshop for adults

Once a month, usually every first Thursday of the month, the writing workshop takes place in the Mark Twain Library. The participants try out different genres and text types.

Whether poems or small stories, second texts or biographical - the first impulses go to your own text. Here a playful handling of the language is in the foreground. In exchange, the writers experience the immediate reactions to their texts and then learn to work on them further.

The group is suitable for those who like to write, have always wanted to write, but did not dare and basically for those who want to give it a try. Previous knowledge is not required and non-native speakers are welcome (language level C1 and above).

Kirsten Jenne is a bookseller with all kinds of literature. As a teacher, she is keen to encourage people and be respectful and empathetic with them and their lyrics. As a writing coach with a master's degree in biographical and creative writing, she has enough creativity and ideas to create fun, exciting, thoughtful or other writing experiences.

The group is open to new participants.
