Why not treat yourself to a break during your lunch break and attend a concert in the Philharmonie – and it’s free too! You can drop by spontaneously every Wednesday between September and June at 1 p.m.
Enjoy a varied program lasting 40 to 50 minutes, ranging from chamber music pieces to piano works to drum duos - everything from Tchaikovsky to tango.
Members of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra or the Karajan Academy often appear, as well as guests from the German Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Berlin or the Berlin music academies. And of course, as befits a lunch concert, there will be high-quality yet affordable catering from 12 p.m. until shortly before the concert begins.
