The 5th outdoor sculpture in front of the PalaisPopulaire is the four meter high work of art “Tor (Skins)” by Erwin Wurm. A one-hour walking tour of the neighborhood introduces the humorous work of the Austrian sculptor and conceptual artist, as well as significant historical monuments around Bebelplatz.
