Mitsuko Uchida is able to adequately reproduce the special lyrical quality of Ludwig van Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3, because she brings the necessary life-experienced ‘wisdom of the heart’, as will be demonstrated in this debut with the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin. Works by Arnold Schönberg and Brahms flank the programme.
