Or call the police: “Could you maybe send a patrol car over, there’s an angel sitting on my desk…”. Well, I suspect it would be the emergency doctor who would ring your door.
The Dutch actor Willem Veerkamp, who was visited by angels as “ebenezer Scrooge” in the “Christmas Story,” tried to sink them in the garden: “Dig a big hole, put the cherub in it, put dirt on it.” Not a good idea either. The next day the angel was back on his desk.
