Music festival with concerts, DJs, talks
The Pluri-Rhythm Festival brings Berlin's diaspora communities to the HKW and offers a platform for performers, musicians, DJs and sound artists who are less connected by a musical genre than by a polyrhythmic sound.
The festival invites a broad audience of different ages, gender identities, cultural backgrounds and experiences to immerse themselves in Berlin's diverse soundscapes and become aware of the many connections with the local music scene.
The line-up of the first festival edition focuses on the idea of a pluriversality of different instrumental forms, musical techniques and rhythms as well as on the contact between musical traditions and fusions that connect performance spaces, clubs, and sound experiences throughout the city.
The program will be complemented by a panel discussion addressing the intersections between polyrhythmic and electronic music.
Exact time to be announced.
