Nikolas von Safft was a commercial photographer for thirty years and taught photography at universities for almost twenty years. For his free, artistic photo projects, he chose themes in which he could make history visible. For his work “Rundgang”, von Safft walked around the reunified Berlin in the mid-2000s.
