On the trail of paper in art, science and industry

The third and final lecture in our series this year will close with the first with a historical review of the development of the paper. In addition to an introduction to material development, Prof. Ruth Keller, HTW Berlin emerita for Restoration and Conservation, places a particular focus on the history of the local paper industry in Berlin and Brandenburg. Afterwards there will be time for questions and a stimulating exchange.

The event is part of the autumn lectures "PAPER TRACKS Berlin-Brandenburg: On the trail of paper in art, science and industry". It is made possible by the kind support of the Foundation Stiftung Preußische Seehandlung.
