Dressed in original Wendish costume, she and other Easter egg painting experts will show how richly decorated works of art are created using the popular wax-bossing technique. There will also be an extended sales exhibition with new Easter egg masterpieces. Fabrics worked by the artists from Sabrodt show motifs with “trees in art”.

Large tulip variety show with daffodils and hyacinths

The Easter week is framed by the large spring show at Späth with 300 varieties of tulips from all over the world, which are lovingly arranged and labeled on the festival meadow. 60 varieties of daffodils in all colors and shapes and hyacinths are also included. Tulips as well as daffodils and hyacinths can be ordered for the next season while they are in bloom.

Spring in the nursery

Willow catkins, ornamental cherries, almond trees, magnolias, witch hazel and many other spring bloomers invite you to stroll around the historic grounds with their bright blossoms. The plant sale will focus on colorful flowering shrubs, fruit trees, soft fruit and hedge plants, roses, rhododendrons, perennials, bulbs, garden accessories and plant advice.

Hundreds of varieties of culinary and medicinal herbs can be discovered in the herb garden. There are also matching organic herbal soils, unusual garden decorations and natural wood ideas. In the Späthi's beer garden, the first beer of the year is served: O'zapft is - with Berliner Schultheiss and Allgäuer Büble beer on tap.
