Future Tools Series
In the “Future Tools” Open Lab evening, participants will work with every maker’s dream tool – the laser cutter. The quick one developing and precisely implementing individual designs in a wide variety of materials, from cutting simple patterns to engraving detailed graphics in wood or building complex three-dimensional objects, everything is possible.
Are you curious and want to know what possibilities and limitations the laser cutter offers you? Then come along and get to know the tool and the basics of laser cutting with your own little project: preparing designs for the laser cutter, cutting, engraving and selecting the materials.
The laser cutter and the materials for experimentation can be used on site free of charge. Bringing your own laptop is an advantage for developing your own patterns. Are you coming over spontaneously? Don't worry, there are laptops on site.
You will learn:
