This part of the city has a particularly eventful history. We start at the Schilling Bridge on the "Mauerweg" and then visit the "Church behind the Wall", St. Thomas. From there we go to the former Deaconess House Bethanien, now an artists' house, which for many immediately brings back memories of Rio Reiser and his band "Ton, Steine, Scherben".
