The reason for this, according to 'MWAM' itself: They are a guitar developed by the biologist and hobby guitarist Dr. Jimi created "ultimate life form". After having caused enormous disasters worldwide for epochs, it was frozen in Antarctica for a long time and was intensively exposed to music there. Eventually, however, global warming melted their ice cages and made them public again in Japan.
Stylistically, the emphatically melodic power sound, which already accompanied the anime film "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans" and the video game "Street Fighter V", is most comparable to that of Linkin Park. They themselves describe their mix of alternative punk and hard rock plus some electro as "hybrid rock".
