Why not enjoy a spontaneous concert experience at the Philharmonie during your lunch break? The best part is, entry is completely free! This unique opportunity is available every Wednesday between September and June at 1 p.m. During this short 40 to 50 minute break you can expect a diverse musical program, ranging from chamber music performances to virtuoso piano compositions to rousing drum duos.

The range extends from Tchaikovsky to Tango, covering a wide range of musical genres. On stage you can often see not only highly talented musicians from the ranks of the Berlin Philharmonic and the renowned Karajan Academy, but also outstanding guests from the German Symphony Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Berlin and the talented students of Berlin's music academies.

And of course, as is usual at a lunch concert, you have the opportunity to enjoy high-quality yet affordable catering from 12 p.m. until shortly before the concert begins.
