"My accordion is the French of the two of us, it understands every word of what I'm singing here - and it cleverly pressed a few buttons to pave the way for itself and me to its homeland to play there. With them "The songs it brings me build a bridge for me to France," says the artist Isabel Neuenfeldt. "Mon akkordéon et moi - Between the Worlds" tells the story of Isabel and her accordion - a Frenchman once gave it to her. She let him take her into the wondrous world of French cansons.
