Photographic transformations

Who am I? How do I perceive myself? Or how do others see me? And who did I always want to be?

Junior Workshop: Die Welt steht Kopf
Junior Workshop: Die Welt steht Kopf © C/O Berlin Foundation

In this workshop, the boundaries between how others perceive you and how you perceive yourself are turned upside down and artistic ways will put you in the spotlight. Participants will playfully learn how to use the camera, light, self-dramatization and even a little image editing.

This includes not only the costume to slip into other people's roles and the choice and structure of an image situation, but also stylistic tools – such as different perspectives, varying light situations or multiple exposures. Imgage ideas can be developed together. And in the process, there is time for dreaming and room for your own fantasies, which can be captured for eternity with the camera.
