The new sound installation "Fluid Anatomy" by Berlin artist Ioana Vreme Moser in the Meinblau project space, presented by singuhr - Projects, is a completely analogue system that works exclusively with water and air.

It consists of individually designed acrylic panels, connected by transparent tubes in which pumps and a compressor circulate the elements. The resulting flow noises and movements fill the exhibition space and shape it acoustically.

"Fluid Anatomy" is inspired by the technology of fluidics. The models for this installation are components of so-called "liquid computers" from the mid-20th century, which used fluid mechanics elements.
Ioana Vreme Moser not only appreciates the fragile aesthetics and technical sophistication of these devices, but also recognizes in them an alternative understanding of time and rhythm that questions today's technological narratives.

The installation covers the entire space in the Meinblau project room:
Switching oscillators, valves and hoses form a transparent network that can be viewed from all sides. This creates a walk-in, transparent sound space.

“Fluid Anatomy” is Ioana Vreme Moser’s first solo exhibition in Berlin.
