Introductory Matinee "Aida"

Aida lives as a slave at the Egyptian court. She is the king's daughter from hostile Ethiopia, but has fallen in love with the Egyptian army commander Radames. She is instrumentalized by her father Amonasro to learn the military strategy of the enemy army.
