By bicycle or on foot, the spatial and historical contexts of this urban open space are presented. Depending on the season, individual areas and biotopes are specifically explored and the diverse biological features that can be found at a former airport are made comprehensible.

The guides will introduce you to natural history features as well as interactions between farm animals, wildlife and the resident vegetation, and also draw a wide arc to the urban ecological significance of large undeveloped open spaces.

The tours on foot focus on small-scale discoveries, while on the bike tours our radius is larger and we learn about the diverse uses of Tempelhofer Feld in other areas as well.
