Colourful Easter Races
It’s finally happening again! Every year on Easter Sunday, under the motto “Colorful Easter Races,” friends, families, and fans from Berlin and Brandenburg come together to enjoy a varied day at Hoppegarten Racecourse in the sunshine. In addition to the exciting races, there are plenty of Easter surprises for the little horse racing fans.

Top-level sport to kick off the season
Exciting races are on the program, including three listed races reserved for horses with high performance capabilities:- The Altano Race is the most traditional long-distance race of the day. Over 2,800 meters, 4-year-old and older horses compete.
- In the Hoppegarten Fillies’ Mile, talented fillies face off over a distance of 1,600 meters.
- In the Preis von Dahlwitz, Grand Prix horses traditionally start over 2,000 meters.

- A variety of culinary delights for every taste – Across the expansive grounds of Hoppegarten Racecourse, a diverse range of food and drinks awaits: from numerous beverage stands and a stylish champagne bar to classic grilled dishes, coffee and cake specialties, Austrian Alpine delicacies, international cuisine, and the popular Florida ice cream. Favorites like fries and currywurst are, of course, not to be missed – there is something for every taste!
- Big family program – For our youngest visitors, there is a large Easter egg hunt with sweet surprises. In addition, there will be pony rides, little Easter bunnies and lambs to pet, a bouncy castle, face painting, and a kids’ betting game for curious explorers.
