Friedrich Kunath’s (* 1974 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, lives in Los
Angeles and Munich) artworks are permeated with references to the spiritual and
aesthetic movement of German Romanticism. Kunath combines themes such as
longing and loneliness, euphoria and fear with impressions from his home in
California.

Maschinenhaus M2, the artist will present older as well as new works, including paintings, sculptures, installations, and videos.
