Finding a partner in old age isn't all that easy! Julia and Thomas, both in their late 50s, recently divorced. But they don't want to grow old alone – so how do they find a new partner?
The two – still friends – devise a plan to navigate the jungle of dating apps, singles meetings, and blind dates: All meetings with new potential partners take place with the other in the background, as a safety net. Thus begins a series of crazy blind dates with increasingly eccentric suitors, which take increasingly chaotic turns thanks to the intervention of Thomas and Julia.
Author Peter Quilter, whose plays have been produced on London's West End and on Broadway, as well as in over 40 countries, is a master of fast-paced comedy.
The Schlosspark Theater presents the German-language premiere of the play "The Dating Game" in a sensitive translation by Nathalie Hallervorden.
